1. Sponsor

Sponsored jointly by Fun Gear Corp, d/b/a Easy RFID Pro, and Easy Event CAD LLC (together, "Sponsor"), in connection with the Load Out promotional contest ("Contest") conducted at participating trade shows.

2. Definitions

"Promotion Period" means the overall date range during which the Contest is active across all participating Events, as stated above. "Event" means a single trade show at which the Contest is active. "Participant" means a person who plays Load Out. "Run" means one attempt at playing Load Out. "Verified Run" means a Run whose score Sponsor has confirmed by independently replaying it server-side. "Bonus Points" means points awarded for completing a verified product or social mission. "Leaderboard" means the ranked list of Participants’ scores for a given Event or board.

3. Contest Type

Load Out is a skill-based promotional contest. Winners are determined solely by verified game performance, not by chance. This is not a sweepstakes or lottery.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter, play, or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

5. How to Enter

Participants may play Load Out without registering. Registration — name, email, company, and role — is required only to appear on the Leaderboard and become eligible for prizes, and is available after a Participant’s first completed Run.

6. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. During an active Event, prize eligibility is limited to that Event’s attendees, exhibitor staff, and invited guests. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate household members may play but are not eligible to win. Exhibitors and vendors may play but are not eligible for attendee prize drawings. Void where prohibited by law.

7. Scoring and Verification

A Participant’s standing is their best Verified Run score plus any Bonus Points earned at that same Event. Every submitted Run is independently verified using the original game seed and player input. Sponsor reserves the right to reject, adjust, or invalidate scores that cannot be independently verified. Runs that fail verification are held for review before any prize is awarded. Ties are broken by the highest raw verified game score, then by the earliest qualifying timestamp.

8. Cross-Event Points

Each Event’s Contest is judged independently. Bonus Points earned at one Event do not carry forward to affect standings or prize eligibility at a later Event. Sponsor may separately display a Participant’s lifetime cumulative Bonus Points across all Events for informational purposes; this lifetime total is not tied to prize eligibility at any single Event.

9. Kiosk Play

Runs played at a booth kiosk are limited to two minutes and are not themselves eligible for prizes. A kiosk Run’s score may be claimed to a Participant’s own account by scanning the code shown at the end of that Run. A kiosk score must be claimed during the Event at which it was played.

10. Prizes

Prize(s) for each Event are described in that Event’s promotional materials, in-app content, and booth signage, and may consist of a single prize or a choice between multiple prize options, as specified for that Event. Prizes are awarded separately at each Event; winning at one Event neither improves nor diminishes a Participant’s chances at any other Event. Actual retail value, where applicable, is stated where the prize is described. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable. No cash substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

11. Winner Selection

Winners are determined from verified Leaderboard standings at the close of each Event, using only scores and Bonus Points earned at that Event. Where an Event offers both an individual prize and a company prize, the individual prize is awarded to the Participant with the highest standing at that Event, without regard to role tier or Leaderboard, and the company prize is awarded to the company with the highest combined standing at that Event, calculated as the sum of each of its Participants’ individual best standings. Winners may be announced at Sponsor’s booth and/or contacted using the email address supplied at registration. To claim a prize, a winner must present their Sponsor-issued NFC card (or other Sponsor-issued credential) in person at Sponsor’s booth before the close of the Event. A winner who fails to respond or claim within 14 days may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

12. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with a prize. Sponsor may require a completed tax form before a prize is awarded, where applicable law requires it.

13. Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate gameplay, scoring, or the Leaderboard is prohibited, including but not limited to: automated play, exploiting software bugs, modifying client code, impersonating another person, tampering with submitted scores, claiming a Bonus without completing the associated activity, interfering with other Participants’ play, creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, and reverse-engineering the game or its scoring to gain an advantage.

14. Right to Disqualify

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Contest, cheats, violates these rules, acts in bad faith, or otherwise interferes with the integrity or proper operation of the Contest.

15. Your Information

Sponsor collects the information provided at registration (name, email, company, role, and a role-specific question) along with gameplay data (run scores, bonus point activity, and Event participation) to operate the Leaderboard, verify and award prizes, and to communicate with you regarding Sponsor’s products, services, future events, and related business communications. This information is stored in secure systems controlled by Sponsor, and portions of it may be shared with Sponsor’s sales CRM. Sponsor does not sell Participant information. The NFC cards and tags used at Events carry only a web address; no personal data is written to or read from them. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. To ask about your data or request its removal, contact support@easyrfidpro.com.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for: technical failures of any kind, including malfunctioning hardware, software, network, internet, or telephone connectivity; unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; fraud; computer viruses or bugs; force majeure or acts of God; government action; venue closure; internet congestion or outages; the acts or omissions of any third-party platform the Contest relies on; printing or production errors; or lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or garbled entries. Sponsor’s total liability to any Participant, for any cause and regardless of the form of action, is limited to that Participant’s actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with the Contest, not to exceed ten dollars ($10).

17. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules between Events, and to suspend or terminate the Contest at any time, including during an Event, in Sponsor’s sole discretion — for example, in the case of technical failure, venue closure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. The rules text in effect for the duration of a specific Event remains fixed once that Event begins, for as long as the Contest continues at that Event.

18. Sponsor’s Determinations

Sponsor’s interpretation of these rules, and all eligibility, scoring, and prize determinations, are final and binding.

19. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted gameplay caused by device compatibility, operating system limitations, browser restrictions, internet connectivity, or similar technical issues.

20. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes a winner’s permission for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state for publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
